1. The service
JuBeauty Platform is an internal commerce and social-operations tool for the JuBeauty store. It can connect store-owned provider accounts, display available account and performance information, prepare content-transfer contracts, record operator approvals, and reconcile provider results.
These Terms apply to the operator platform. Storefront purchases are governed separately by the JuBeauty storefront's customer Terms of Service.
2. Authorized access and account security
The platform is not open for public registration. You may use it only if JuBeauty has authorized you and only for JuBeauty business. You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and authenticated sessions, and notify JuBeauty promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
You may connect only accounts that JuBeauty owns or is authorized to administer. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions shown by each provider and for ensuring that your use remains within the authority granted to you.
3. Connected providers
The platform depends on third-party services such as Shopify, TikTok, Meta, and infrastructure providers. Your use of a connected provider is also governed by that provider's terms, policies, permissions, technical limits, and review requirements.
Provider authorization may be revoked at any time through the provider or, where available, through the JuBeauty console. JuBeauty may reduce requested permissions, disable a connection, or stop a provider action when required for security, compliance, or operational control.
4. Content rights, approval, and TikTok drafts
You may submit only media, audio, text, claims, and other material that JuBeauty owns or has the right to use. You must ensure that content is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and compliant with the destination provider's rules, advertising policies, and community guidelines.
A JuBeauty approval applies only to the exact media, caption, destination, mode, and timing recorded in the approval contract. Material changes require a new approval. A recorded approval does not guarantee acceptance, distribution, reach, or commercial performance on any provider.
For the current TikTok review flow, the platform uses video.upload to send an explicitly approved MP4 as an editable inbox draft. The authorized creator must review, edit, and publish it inside TikTok. JuBeauty does not use Direct Post in this flow and does not request video.publish.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to:
- access or connect an account without permission;
- bypass provider authorization, human approval, publication gates, rate limits, or security controls;
- publish deceptive, unlawful, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized content;
- make unsubstantiated medical, cosmetic, testimonial, or performance claims;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform or a connected provider;
- use provider data for an unrelated purpose, sell it, or expose it to an unauthorized person.
6. Availability and changes
JuBeauty may modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features to maintain security, comply with law or provider policy, respond to operational needs, or improve the service. Third-party APIs and provider review decisions can change without JuBeauty's control.
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. JuBeauty does not promise uninterrupted operation or that any provider will accept, process, publish, distribute, or retain submitted content.
7. Suspension and termination
JuBeauty may suspend or terminate access immediately if authorization ends, these Terms are violated, an account or credential may be compromised, a connected provider requires it, or continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
On termination, you must stop using the platform. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including content responsibility, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, and general legal terms—remain effective.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed commercial outcome. You remain responsible for final content, provider settings, and publication decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, JuBeauty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, reach, or business opportunity arising from platform use or a third-party provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. General terms and contact
Applicable mandatory law continues to apply. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your platform access or these Terms without JuBeauty's permission.
JuBeauty may update these Terms as the platform, provider requirements, or applicable law changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued authorized use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
